The villas have been designed to give maximum views to the south on a steeply sloping site, with dual key access that provides a flexible space for any and all occupants. Floor to ceiling windows facing south ensure a direct connection to the surrounding tree canopies.

Sustainability is a major driver of the design, with the inclusion of solar panels, solar orientation, rainwater retention, electric car chargers and cross ventilation just some of the initiatives that have been incorporated into the site. Timber framed construction allows the villas to sit lightly on the ground, allowing the project to have a limited impact on the existing environment, without needing large amounts of retaining.

Development Approval for the Design was achieved in January 2022.
